About Us
CLEOFAS COTTAGES (formerly Villa Cleofas) is one of Cagbalete Island’s pioneer beach resorts. We literally put Cagbalete Island on the map! We’re also the proud home/ host of the Philippine Kiteboarding Tour in 2017 and 2018.
