Humble host of two Philippine Kiteboarding Tours in 2017 and 2018 in Cagbalete Island — we were home to our local athletes and foreign kiteboarders as well!

CLEOFAS COTTAGES (formerly Villa Cleofas) is one of Cagbalete Island’s pioneer beach resorts. We literally put Cagbalete Island on the map! We’re also the proud home/ host of the Philippine Kiteboarding Tour in 2017 and 2018.
